Researchers often need to upgrade or customize software of interest that is already installed in our software stack. The easiest way is to contact support. However - depending on how busy the admins are - it might takes some time. In this webinar we will discuss EasyBuild, a tool that we use to install packages in our software stack. We will show some examples of how to reinstall, upgrade and customize an existing software package in user's home directory.
