Jake joined ACENET in 2025. Initially to assist with the automation of ACENET’s training reporting process, he was then hired in a Project Management capacity. With over 12 years experience working in various roles within the IT industry and working across academia, healthcare and hospitality, his previous positions include Software Developer, Business Analyst, IT Analyst and Senior Software Specialist. Jake has a BEng in Computer Interactive Systems with a minor in Business Management, and has been published in the Australian Biopreservation & Biobanking Journal. Recently, Jake has taken a keen interest in process automation, and sees great benefit from automating as many manual tasks as possible.
