An event every month that begins at 12:00 pm on day Second of the month, happening 13 times
Are you curious about digital research and tools you could apply to your projects?
Would you like to meet others interested in exploring and using digital tools and techniques, and learn from their experiences?
ACENET’s research consultant on PEI, Mat Larade, will host a monthly lunchtime gathering for anyone interested in digital tools and related topics. Note that the forum will be virtual initially.
This is an informal and participant driven forum to ask questions, discuss challenges and learn about new tools. Meet others doing computational modelling, parallel computing, machine learning, or mining large datasets, creating web platforms and cloud-based shared analysis workspaces, or the myriad of other digital tool applications!
Hear from local researchers about how they’re using these tools, and their experiences along the way. Faculty, research staff, students and industry across all disciplines and experience levels are welcome.
Sessions are held on the 2nd Friday each month from 12:00-1:00pm.
